Dublin Renter challenges

Renters are faced with numerous challenges when searching for housing in Dublin. The most obvious of these is the shortage of suitable accommodation due to high demand and limited supply.

The rental process itself is also extremely difficult for renters. Large application volumes can result in a lack of feedback or indeed responses from landlords and agents.

Rent scams are also on the increase – international renters are particularly vulnerable to rent scams, given they are not living in the city and unable to verify properties as a result.

Overall, we believe that renters are underserved when it comes to reliable housing support services. We cannot increase supply of housing however we can certainly improve the overall rental process experience for you as well as enhancing your chances of securing suitable accommodation.
