We offer commission based house finding services or bespoke service packages for organisations with relocating employees. If you’re a renter, just tell us what type of housing you’re looking for and we’ll be in touch.

Who can use Dublinrelo’s service?

Our service is designed for renters who are relocating to Dublin and need housing assistance. Get in touch to tell us what you need and we’ll do our best to find it for you. We charge commission only if we source accommodation for renters.

How is commission calculated?

Commission is calculated based on a percentage of the first year’s rental amount.

Will the service cost me anything if Dublinrelo does not find me accommodation?

No, the service is completely free unless we secure accommodation for you.

How does the Dublinrelo process work?

Get in touch with us at info@dublinrelo.ie and we can discuss your needs. We require detailed information in order to commence the service. We will send you property leads and opportunities, arrange viewings (online if required) and assist with the final details (lease/licence agreement, advice re utilities transfer etc.)

Will you definitely find accommodation for me?

No, the Dublin housing market is extremely challenging at present. We cannot guarantee that we will find you accommodation and there is no charge if we are unable to do so.

Do you verify all properties to protect against online scams?

Securing is a priority and we use a suite of security tools to safeguard the rental process for our renters. You can learn more about these tools here.
